Within the Hotel there is a modern restaurant, in whose pleasant atmosphere or its beautiful terrace by the pool you can abandon yourselves to enjoyment of the Istrian and national gastronomy and taste domestic dishes, but also international specialities.

The Maestral's cuisine is one of the strongest trade marks of the Hotel. Under the leadership of the vetted chef Ezio Zakinja, a master-chef with a thirty-year experience, it has received numerous guests' compliments. When the President of the State visited Novigrad in September 2010, Hotel Maestral's kitchen was the one selected for the catering.
The cuisine insists upon fresh produce and quality, uses olive oil Vergal from own Laguna Novigrad production, offers dishes based on fish, crabs and shellfish, meat dishes and an abundance of desserts. It also avidly follows modern culinary trends, placing before its guests most challenging creations made of chocolate and Istrian truffles.

You can enjoy refreshing drinks and cocktails in Hotel Maestral as well as in the pleasant atmosphere of the aperitif bar by the pool.

With its catering service offer, Hotel Maestral is an excellent choice for organisation of romantic celebrations of wedding days.

The restaurant of Hotel Laguna is proud of top level of food preparation, which is entirely at the level of Maestral, although the neighbouring hotel is of a slightly higher category. Given that Laguna staff thrive on challenges, they avidly follow the high standarts set by Maestral in all the segments of hotel restaurant operations. This is witnessed by commendations which Laguna's gastro-team receives from numerous guests. Meals are served in two air conditioned dining halls with glass pannels and an attractive sea-view.

In the aperitif bar with an outdoor terrace and live music, you can relax and enjoy different drinks, alone or in company.

We are particularly proud of our detached cake shop, where all generations gladly pop in for their favourite pastry, ice cream or coffee. The cake shop is made of glass, it has a terrace with a view of the greenery and the sea, proving to be an excellent place for a drink or pastry for two. It is very popular among children as it is located near the playroom and children's pool.
